Oh and this is strictly a rough draft, i know there are A LOT of mistakes in spelling and puncuations, no need to point that out. Oh and some of them are thoughts from Charlie which is written in her perspective and then others by tlaking, you'll figure out when shes thinking and then talking. Matt's hard abs and and strong gleaming arms flew across the dock into my unsuspecting form, knocking the breath out of me. "HEY... GET... OFF OF... ME ...YOU IDIOT!" i panted as i regained my breath. all he did was roll over off of me laughing at my expression. damn, his straberry golden hair seemed to glow in todays high sunny sky.. 'no. he's my best friend. i do not like him. he's just cute. no i dont like him i cant.' "you think thats funny?" i pushed with all my might to get him off the dock. I some what succeded, i tripped over him and fell in the water along side of him. 'jeez stop flirting you idiot! he's your best friend' it was so easy to do that with matt though.. he had a laidback, sweet, charming way about him, that made our relationship seem like we were together, we never had. there was no reason to we were joined together by the hip according to Matt's mother that was more or less my unadopted mother. " haha you didnt even get that right smarts!" he yelled as he pushed my head under when we resurfaced. "oh you are so dead!" we started acting like the little kids we were on the inside, splashing eacother, screaming our heads off. this was alwys the highlight of our friendship when we forgot anyone was aroundand just acted ourselves-silly immature selves-. and forget the rest of the world for a few moments. but of course tyler had to ruin it all and jump in the lake by means of a huge cannonball and made big enough waves it looked like a jetski had just gone by.
'ugh sometimes ty just gets on my nerves. granted he's the second guy i feel comfortable with, but really does he always have to ruin these moments with matt.'
before ty could resurface matt and i exchanged devilish glances, a wicked smile coming across both of our faces, we usually knew what the other was thinking. so it didnt surprise tyler when he resurfaced that we bombarded him with water works, attacking him from both sides.
it ended when the tables turned and somehow i had turned into the vitcimlike usual when hanging out with them, i didnt mind. i could hold my own.
but of course this wasnt how it truely ended actually, our fun ended when sarah-tylers all to rude, annoying, up-tight, arrogant, pushy,needy girlfriend- came and broke us up whining that he had left her at the shore, with nothng to do. which was completely uncalled for there were plenty of people on the beach, most of which were her friends. i mean wasn't she the one that wanted this whole party, and organized the guestlist. i obviously wasn't her first choice. actually i wasn't even invited but since ty and matt were my best friends it was like an invisble invite.-not being invtied but coming anyways because of them, thats usually how it went-. she had something against me since second grade when i accidently spit my gum in her hair forcing her to get a buzz cut and have the boys laugh at her for 3 monthes after that. i must say the short look worked for her.She didn't believe me when i told her, the teachers had to pull her off me. anyways she's hated me eversince. but i didnt really care about her. sara was sara there was no changing that and honetly i didn't expect it either.
so reluctantly we swam back to shore. laughing at eachothers expressions of pain and shock as our feet reached the scorching hot white sand wehn we dashed towaards the shaded area where the food was. ty lingered back to meet up with sara who was now happily pouting in his arms whispering no doubt how i had mad him all wet.
matt and i reached the food table and loaded our plates wiht chips and a burger. accidently spraying ketchup on matts arm. that started it. chips and soda flew everywhere until people started to complain that the food was going to waste or it was landing on them. 'honestly! these people don't even know the defintion of fun. come on!' snickering we went to the a shaded area under a tree looking out over the lake. our backpacks left here. we chatted animatedly about attacking ty or this summers parties when ty ambled over with sara at his hip. he gave us the 'sorry about that' roll of his eyes before he settled next to us.
i started eating the remains of my food blocking out the the thunder of a near by motorcycle when i heard sara say "laine is staring at you matt" my heart stopped for a second and i knew my face must have twisted wierdly by the strange looks ty and matt gave me, a smirk on saras face. i quickly regained composur and looked over at laine. sure enough there she was laying out on her towel, her perfect body sunbathing staring openly at matt. i guess he made eye contact with her now since she waved back eaggarly and stated ot rush over to us. i sank back and got my ipod from my backpack behind me. i really didnt want to listen to constant flriting she was no doubtidly going to bring. i didnt feel likr being the third wheel at the moment. well acutally itd be fifth wheel. ug even better. i turned my ipod up, but just enought so i could still hear what they were saying but loud enoug so that if i really concentrated i could block out laines high pitched over zealous laughter. i decided to steal matt's hat out of his backpack for two reasons. one i knew it'd piss her off to see me so comfortable with his things as if i had claim on them second i didnt want to see laines perfect body hovering over matt. how could i not get pissed at this little gesture. she was everything i wasn't thin and tall. long legs, with perfectly tanned skin,golden hair and forest green eyes. me well i was short and thin, light skinned,dark hair and midnight blue eyes. not exactly a catch compared to laine.by the end of my top five i looked up willing for laine to be gone. what i saw almost made me burst out laughing; sara glaring at me, ty snoring softly on her lap, laine popping a buble fluttering her long luscious lashes, and matt'oh matt' rigid, and stiff while laine kkept leaning a bit closer. toying with the ties on his pockets of hsi swim suit flirtatiously. i knew that look on matt, he was uncomfortable. he locked eyes with me and i couldnt help it i burst out laughing covering it up as a cough. it didnt quite work. ty shot up and laine turned to me slowly and dilbertly. a 'i hate that your here right now' stare. this just got me going again until i caught a hand full of grass curtasy of matt.
i quickly excused myself to get a refill of soda. while i walked away i felt someone come up behind me i looked behind, it was matt.i gave him a huge grin, grinning back, he stated "that was torcher, laine would not sto touching me. how awkward did it look?""well i dont think awkward couldbe a word to describe your face, i truley wich i had my camera out another matt moment. she sure does seem into you""thanks i feel so much better. i just don't want to hurt her feelsings""why? she obviously likes you. i mean whats wrong with her? any guy would be lucky to date her""im begining to think your about to confess sominething to me charlie. ill exccept anything that you tell me. youll still be my best friend"catching his drift i playfully punched him in the arm" you know what i mean""haha yeah i guess i do. she's just not my type." we left it at that. the end of this part. i have alot more written just a preview i guess

Open Question: Arizona is seriously the worst place to live in America?
Really, I lived there for two years. The entire state is absolutely a damn joke. First off, half the population there is tweakers, the other half is old people. There is WAY too much ******* crime there, somebody gets shot/stabbed/killed every few days there. There is also a lot of arrogant and rude people who only like you if you have lots of money and material possessions. There are also a lot of ignorant people there. There were times were people thought I was "gay" because I never had a girlfriend (at that time, I'm engaged now), plus me and my friend were walking down the street and a guy thought he was a "Rabbi" just because he had a big black round hat on. These are just two examples of the stupidity of people there. The other thing I hate about the state is that there's not a lot of job opportunities there other than minimum wage jobs, which means you will be supporting your family by working at McDonalds and Kinkos. Another complaint I have about the work force in the state is that I've noticed that a lot of employers are "Fire-Happy" and will terminate employees very quickly upon being hired. It's too hot there, it gets up to like 110 degrees most of the time, and there's no beaches at all, just a bunch of ******* sand and cactus plants. The entire place looks cruddy looking, very ugly. They barely have any beautiful scenery there. I could seriously go on and on, the state is just full of bad stuff. The worst thing I dislike about the state is that the people are way too arrogant and rude. About every 2 weeks, there was someone either wanting to fight me, or want to argue with me. If anyone moves to this state, they will want to move out in a matter of two weeks. This is seriously the worst place I've ever lived in (I've been around the world too), nobody should move there. EDIT: I am in Wisconsin. This state is lovely. MSI: Uh....no...... I experienced this in every region...........

I'm not talking about the mixed people you see on TFC. I'm talking about the natives.. the ones who've been there before spain conquered them. also, what is the culture like? Was there an original religion about native gods or something? Not Christianity or anything. I'm an American-Filipino. My parents don't look 'native'. They're not dark with black hair and all that stuff. I definately don't look native. People always mistake me for something else.But i want to flaunt whatever filipino features i have, so tell me what they are lol. I'm interested in where my ancestors came from. What their lives were like. My grandmother on my mom's side, looks like a native i guess. or at least i think that's what natives look like. Stay away from giving me city-people features. STORY: …Faster, faster, faster!!” I thought to myself. They were going to catch me and I knew it. I couldn’t run much longer. I looked behind me and saw a giant net coming down on me. “NO!!!” I shouted and then woke with a start. Phew, just another nightmare. My heart was pounding as fast as a lion, well maybe that’s because I am a lion. The sunlight was just appearing along the horizon. “Here we go again,” I muttered. Well, I guess I could get a little more rest so I closed my eyes and dozed off. “Attention all zoo-comers,” said the voice from the loudspeaker, “today we will be having our lion show at…” That’s all I needed to hear. Once again I have to perform for hundreds of humans everyday just for their enjoyment. Don’t they care about how I feel? Look at Rocky the Rabbit. He’s free to do anything he wants in the wild. But here I am, stuck in a cage at The Palm Beach Zoo. It’s been almost 2 whole years since I got here. I remember the very day they caught me from the wild. I wish I could redo that day but I can’t. I know we have discussed this before, but I'm still curious. Some people talk about having "themes" for their weddings. Sometimes it can be something elaborate, like a Halloween theme, beach theme, mardi gras theme, Twilight theme, Romeo and Juliet theme, colonial theme, etc. Sometimes the theme seems to be an object, like hearts or doves or so on. And sometimes the theme is something more intangible, like "Sailing off into the sunset," "Robbed by love," "Traveling the world together" or goodness who knows. I don't get wedding themes. Never had and still don't. When people say, "I need to find a theme for my wedding" what exactly do they mean? Do they mean one of the elaborate things above, like "Should my wedding be Peter Pan themed, or should it be a Christmas in July theme?" Or, on the other hand, by "theme" do they mean the style and general appearance of the event, like the underlying design? If so, then maybe more of us have themes than we thought? For example, say my fiance and I really like orange and yellow polka dots. So we put orange and yellow polka dots on our invitations. Then we decide to put them on our wedding website. Then we find a way to incorporate them into the BM dresses or the menus or the decorations at the reception. So, does that mean we have a theme of orange and yellow polka dots? Just curious what ya'll think. I don't think weddings need themes at all -- it's a wedding! That's the theme! -- but some consistent design elements do make sense to me.

Open Question: Where should I move to?
I want to leave New Jersey! I love that we have nice summers and I can go to the beach and I love that we also have winter and some snow each year. However summer is too short here only about 3 months and the rest of the year its colder. I need more warm weather! Is there a place I can move that has it all? Seems as though society has taken a good toll on you. I bet in the 50's you would let your children only play with the white kids, but not the black kids. People have the right to live the lifestyle they want and express themselves equally and be free of prejudice. Everything is going to offend someone. Zelda: The reason I say the whole Black thing is because all though it is not as bad, it is still prejudice set up by men. Women have been victims of men, whites of blacks. It is just an example of prejudice. As for the sex thing, um that is public indecency that should be let off for private. But there should not be a double standard going on on men being able to expose what they want while women have to draw attention by covering up something as though it is bad. It is a cultural double standard.

Open Question: Any way I can take a day trip to the Bahamas from Daytona, FL?
I'll be heading down to daytona next week (1/12-1/17) from Chicago and would like to enjoy some hot sun and warm beaches. I'm staying at a friends condo for free. Open Question: Is this a healthy diet to lose 20lbs?
So i just asked about how to lose 20lbs and everyone answerd that i needed to workout and eat healthy. so i made this diet to see what everyone thought of it and if it could work? breakfast: south beach diet snack bar 10g protein and an apple lunch: salad (with some kind of protein mixed in) or a sandwich snack: cheese stick and apple slices dinner: broccoli and chicken/fish or a lean cusine frozen meal also i would do AT LEAST 30 min of cardio a day would i lose 20lbs in 2 months? im 5'7.5 and 150

Open Question: Anyone else think the Twilight movie was better than the book?
I’m sorry if this is a bit long, but when it comes to Twilight I have a lot of opinions. You can just answer the question if you don’t bother to read my rant. I got the book for Christmas and read the three first chapters that very day. I quickly decided that the book was poorly written crap and put it away. Then partly because my friend asked/forced me to go with her to the Twilight movie, which premiered today in Norway, and partly because I felt guilty about not reading it since it was a gift, I decided to finish the book. At one point I had to ask here on yahoo answers if it would get better, but I either got told to go to hell by obsessive Twilight fans for insulting their precious book or told to burn it by fellow Twilight haters. I finished it though. GO ME! But then I watched the movie today and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, I actually liked Edward, which I thought was impossible. Robert Pattison (that’s his name right?) is more odd looking than good looking to me, so the perfect image (that Meyer was desperately trying to make him which I thought was idiotic, shallow and pathetic) wasn’t there. I also liked the way he talked. And even more surprising, that stupid and pointless baseball match was actually really cool! The director must be awesome to pull that off. Of course, there were things I didn’t like. The make-up was a little over the top pale to the point where it looked stupid. The villains were more comical than scary. Kirsten Stewart did not make me like Bella, but my hatred for her was so strong, I think that was impossible. The fighting scene was cool, therefore there should have been more of that and less of the cheesy romance. The rest was Meyer’s fault for being a crappy writer. (Like how the villains suddenly wanted Bella and how Bella and Edward falls in love too quickly without showing any kind of chemistry whatsoever). So do you agree? Do you disagree? Got something else about it that you’d like to say? Was I the only one who didn’t know that Jacob was a Native American/Indian before seeing it in the movie? Because I was like, what? When was that mentioned? Was it during the beach scene, because I kind of only skimmed that part…? And wow, that was long… I’m actually planning on watching the movie again though, since I’ll be watching it with a more positive attitude. I’m never wasting (my brother’s) money on another Stephenie Meyer book though.

The part that I have here is in the middle half of the story-line. It's a little long. Any thoughts on this piece, opinions? Thank you in advance. I also posted this here because I didn't know where else to post it. Anyway, here it is: The Irish have a song, called Mrs. McGrath, as it is famously known. I first became familiar with the tune while listening to Pete Seeger, a folk musician. The song tells the tale of a mother’s son who goes off to join the British army, only to tragically lose both his legs to a cannonball. I closed my eyes in remembrance, and felt the rise of my emotions as the haunting chorus hummed its way through my head, again and again. “Rai you rai you rai ya”. How was it society had advanced so little in such a vast expanse of time? It was enough to drive me to tears as I leaned my head against the solid cool glass pane passenger window as Lou drove us through the empty countryside. Upon reflection, no land is left empty, when one is to take a closer look. Embedded in that ground lies bones, hollow pale-white bones, the remains of many a soldier, farmer, traveler. Their bodies left behind to dwell beneath the earth, keeping watch over the land they had trodden on, their ethereal beings gazing out sadly upon the plain of earth, and at the winding highway that wraps itself around it, as a serpent twining through the beach sand, a trail of ups and downs. I chuckled silently to myself. Such morbid thoughts, yet I found myself comforted. I settled down amongst my jacket and blankets and slipped into dream. I found myself shaken awake by Lou in the wee hours of morn. I shook myself awake, and glared irritably at Lou, before turning my head to see the destruction around the vehicle. An old, dusty and rusting automobile sat burning on the roadside, and various shadows—they were people I saw—leaping around attempting to put the fire out. I could only gaze out with such shock and sorrow that when I saw the broken face of the Native I just about died inside from such utter sadness that I could not begin to plumb its depths. Her eyes followed mine as Lou slowly, silently drove past the wreckage, her face bruised, and an ugly gash across her left cheek. She was clad in jeans and tank-top, her long hair blowing about her face and catching in her wounds, which would have made anyone else grimace, but her. She continued to gaze at me, with such sorrow that God himself could only weep and yearn to extend his healing hand to this woman and her family. A man, (her husband, father?), spotted us as we slowly inched past the wreckage. He had been tending to a dog that had apparently been hurt, and was being held by a small boy. He extended his hand, pleadingly, and yelled something that I could not hear over the blaze of the car’s inferno. He struggled to stand, and began walking over to Lou’s car. I looked at Lou, and watched his face sorrowfully harden, then with wailing protest from our car, slammed the car pedal into the crimson carpeting, swiftly vanishing into the night, and away from the car and its passengers. “What are you Doing!?” I roared, rising from my spot in the seat, burning with hatred for Lucas’ cold response to the ones in need. “Turn this car around!” I protested, struggling with my jacket and blankets, “Turn this fuck*ing car around Lou! Those people—” I stopped. Tears poured down Lou’s face in streams, his silence only broken by the inhaling of his nose. He slowed, then pulled over, his body wracked by broken sobs. Sorry that it's all in one block of writing, for some reason it wouldn't let me divide it all into paragraphs.

Open Question: What is your favourite advert on TV at the moment?(UK)?
I love the Hovis advert. Where the little boy is running through the streets with the loaf of bread and he is watching the soldiers going to war and salutes them, then it goes to the 20's with the 20's car, then the bombed houses and Churchill saying "we'll fight them on the beaches", then the 60's and 70's/ 80's and through to the present day. I just really love that advert,its really well made and a good idea. Oh yeah the PG tips one is class too!
