  • Resolved Question: My employer is going to do a car wash to raise money for the company. Can he do that?
He is planning on using the cute girls that work for us to do a volunteer car wash. The girls are pretty enthusiastic about it. He plans on feeding them and donating some of the money to some charity of some sort. The thing is though, this isn't high school and we aren't some cheerleading team. Ofcourse I am a guy so I won't be helping but does anyone see my point? I say if it keeps the business out of debt and helps me get my raise next year, its a great idea. We do have pretty girls that work for us and I think it will sell. My question is, what do you think about this? If you were a guy just driving along and noticed girls in bikinis washing cars for basically whatever you want to put into it, would you stop? Also would it mean anything to you if it was for a for-profit business but was giving parts of the proceeds to charity? I don't know. When I see a car wash like that, I think high school girls trying to pay for one of their activities, not what this is. To OJ's Answer: How can the business not collect on this? Its just like renting a street corner and vending if you want to get down to it. So how is he not allowed to put the money towards the company if he explains that it is for the company?
  • Resolved Question: I'd like to open a "Bikini Car Wash Company". Who wants a job?
