Ok i am moving to california next year to start my two year residency before i attend UCLA. I need to find a community college in a town or city outside of Los Angeles but preferably close by. I'm having a hard time researching a good school and area. The community college has to offer film and theatre classes as well as writing. here is just a small list of things im looking for in a place to live.
1. safe area
2. has to have a movie theatre in the town
3. not to congested with traffic but some traffic is ok ( i live in las vegas currently so im use to traffic)
4. basically just a comfortable place to live, with things to do and a good community college.

Understand this. I have had this friend of mine for about 3.5 years and he is the friendliest pit/mut mix a man could love. I built a large dog house with heating and air conditioning (really!) for him and our other dogs. My wife and I got him from a shelter here in Las Vegas and this morning I heard him sneak into our room but I was too tired to shoo him out. My wife said don't worry just let him sleep. Within minutes he was kicking out loud Z'ssss with the best of them. He's just as bad as my wife! I hope she doesn't read this. (smiling) Dogs really do snore and I never would have believed it if not for this morning.

summary:
Me and wife went to club, both got drunk, left club, she says I deserted her, (in casino, Las Vegas) so she gets hurt and while at a bar she meets a cute guy and takes off wedding rings because she wanted to "feel better"...feel "wanted". Then she goes to the bathroom and leaves her purse (wedding rings inside) and walks out....looses purse, wedding rings, my phone, etc..
In Detail:
Went to a club 2 weekends ago, me, wife, and about 9 other friends. While at club my friends get into a fight, and get us kicked out of the club. BTW...we paid about 600 for a table and bottle service at the club, were there for maybe 2 hours. Also, we had few drinks before the club, and my wife told me to take care of her.
So, Im in the club walking around, see 1 of my friends being choked by security on the floor. I get upset cause they are choking him, wife comes up sees me upset and drags me out of the club. Im upset cause I want to find out whats happening, and plus security guard or not, they should not be choking someone.
So we are outside the club, I call my friends to see what happened, get off the phone, wife takes my phone. (either to call someone, or because I thought she thought I was talking to a different girl)...so she has my phone. She says I got mad at her and told her "fine do whatever you want" and I walked away from her. She says she stands there and watches me walk off. (I don't remember telling her this,...blackout time)
Once I come to remembering again, I remember walking turning around and shes not there, so i begin to walk in circles, for a quite a while, eventually come to a restroom, (that is in the direction I just came from) and wait by it. (I figure she might be in the restroom, sick or something.
About 30 mins pass by, and I start to think maybe she caught a ride home. So I have no cellphone, try to call her from the casino, but can't remember my own phone number. So, I leave the casino, there are no taxis , because I think I walked out a side door,...so I start walking home.
Fast forward...I finially get a cab after about 3 miles of walking, get home, take wife's car, to go back to look for her. Can't find her, so I drive back home, wife gets home about 10 mins after I get home.
She says she was hurt because I deserted her there, so she went to a bar, was crying etc...and some cute guy comes up to her. She takes of her rings and puts them in her purse, because hes cute/fine...etc... and because she says she wants to feel better, says she thinks she met him because maybe she was suppose to meet him. Well, she goes to the bathroom, and when she leaves, she leaves her purse in bathroom. Like a min or a few mins later she remembers she left it, and goes back in bathroom, its gone!
She says if she didn't loose her rings, she doesn't know but she might have done something with the guy at the bar that night. But she didn't cause when she lost the rings, she got too upset. So she walks to a club she use to work at, and waits for it to close to get a ride back with the dj she knew.
So, now she says it's my fault she lost her ring. And I say that its her fault she took it off, that even if we did have a fight or whatever did happen, that didn't give her the ok to take off her ring, espically taken into fact that she did it to meet another guy. But she says its my fault, she took it off.
I tried to explain, that we were both just drunk, and it was just a miscommunication from when i supposodly said "whatever do what you want".
I told her I wasn't even mad that she lost the $3200 rings, I am upset because of why she took them off...(to talk to another guy)...but she says its my fault.
I have said im sorry for the whole situation, about me leaving, her loosing her rings, etc...but I know its one of those things that happen when people drink. But I don't think that is an excuse to take off your wedding rings, cause even when you are drunk, you still have some sort of conscious desion of what you are doing. (even if that time just a few mins between blackouts)
I believe that you are responsible for your own actions, no matter what. Just because you get into a fight, or a an argument, or whatever...that doesn't give you the right to go out and talk to someone else, because you decided to talk to them, and whatever happens after that. regardless if your upset, hurt, or whatever.
So, what do you think? and take into count the drinking, the club, and the blackouts, etc..
Do I have a right to be upset with her, because of the reason why she lost her rings (to talk to another guy)?
Or is she right, and its my fault she took them off, because I was suppose to take care of her, and I "desserted" her.
p.s. we just argued about it, she got upset left, and said, well something to the effect (cant repeat word for word) but that she's not responsible for what she is going to do or might do in the future.
im not alcholoic, ....drink about once every 2 months....but when i do drink, times I do drink too much...and blackout...but even when I have blackouted before, I have been told that I still want to know where my wife is. etc..
she just came back, knocked over some table, walked out. because i said I was sorry about the situation that happened.
also, many times in the past she would take care of me when i was drunk...and this was the suppose to be her turn to drink and get wasted. (first time)
we agreed that I was suppose to watch her.
