-- Upon waking up (8:25 AM), I ate three sticks of baby carrots and three sticks of celery, just to get something into my system since I wouldn't be eating breakfast until later. I lifted my dumbbell, 10 reps for each arm, then done 50 jumping jacks to raise my pulse.
-- Here's the downfall: At about 9:50, I took a green tea pill; at 10:20, I got a sausage and egg McMuffin from McDonalds. I ate the sausage and egg, and the top portion of muffin (did not eat the bottom).
-- 12:05PM: Ate a foot long turkey breast sub from Subway with only mustard.
-- 1:45PM: drank a Diet Lipton Grea Tea drink, followed by eating a banana. Around 20 minutes later, I pedaled on an elliptical machine.
-- 4:40PM: ate five sticks of baby carrots and five sticks of celery, followed by two sandwiches (whole wheat bread) with low fat bologna.
I've drank around five or six bottles of water so far today.

So yeah i realize I might be a tad bit big right now for having just had twins some months back but th thing of it is is that i had lost ALL the baby weight and was "starting" to knock off some extra weight when all OF A SUDDEN i went from like 110 o 140. im not kidding, in like a month at that. and im only 5'2...5'3!!!I ate healthy, i only drink water and sometimes tea..(not anything new) and i could live on fruits and veggies and some days i wouldnt have time to eat crap!(as said at top//just had twins)lol. so...i got a pill called nanoslim.any one heard of it. i would like to start loding this weight quickly! any sugg.? I used to have a bad Eatin disorder(teen years) FOR 5 years and I dont want that back. no way. also on methadone.wonder if that is helping me gain? anyone here know good ways(healthy or not)i will decide! ways to, lose weight and quick!?any advice is good advice. again im like 5'2ish, 148 pounds size 10 (mainly cuz of legs and hips. not belly or butt!! hehe

if i jog 1/2 an hour for 2 days a week, power walk 30 min for another 2 days, have 2 seession of pilates ( at a studio), use an elliptical for 30 min, and also jump rope 10 min everyday, and of course stretch.....
if i lower my calorie intake, and only eat veggies and fruits, and lean meat, and only drink water, and on top of that take 3 cups of green tea a day, and take a natural diet pill twice a day....
when will my thighs be thinner??? how long will i have to keep this up for me to notice a difference?? and how much will i lose????

so it was among the top 10 diet pills this one seemed to be the only all natural diet pill so i ordered 1 bottle people were saying they had wonderful results loosing 7+pounds a week...i wanted to know if anyone on here has ever used them and if so what were your results???

I've bought HOODIA DIET-MAX tablets.. to loose weight.
Thing is, it says that youre not meant to take them unless youre 18 years old. However, I've been wanting and been trying to loose weight for the past two years and it hasnt worked. I'm 16 and I'm size 12 in tousers and size 10 in tops. I feel fat, especially for my age[16] and height [5foot].
Should I take the pills?
Could I get sick?
Loose too much weight too soon.

Hi! I'm 20 years old, 5' 10" and 155 lbs. I look like a freaking diet pill before picture, when I want to look like an after! I was skinny in highschool doing pretty much nothing but dance class for 50 minutes a day. My problem areas are mainly muffin top, flabby arms and a saggy butt! TMI I know lol I'm also aware that you can't just target problem areas. I need to know what kind of routine to get into! I have a safe neighborhood to walk/run around and a free small gym within walking distance. Here are some pics!

Sorry I re-read and my question seems a little unclear. Can some one give me a routine? Like an hour of running five hour on the tread mill and 18 sit ups 3 times a week. That was a crazy example, haha just trying to show you what I'm looking for. I don't really have the funds to join any classes. Thanks again!
Resolved Question: A real question for those meat eaters!?
Would somebody please tell me what IMPORTANT minerals and vitamins and protein we really get from meat that we cant get from a vegan diet. (other than b-12).... I mean real serious answers with real back up and sources. Not off the top of your head or something that you think you know.
Also, are those really the only place you can find them. I am so tired of these meat eaters coming to the vegan boards and bashing Vegetarians and vegans saying you HAVE to eat meat to be healthy. I want real thought here, because I have been a vegan for almost 10 years and I know the answer...but do you?
And how many meat eater know as much about their diet as a vegetarian or vegan,

I am not asking for my knowledge, i am a very healthy, educated vegan. I am asking to start a healthy conversation with meat eaters and Vegans. Hopefully :~)
Yes people where born with teeth to eat meat and digest it too. But..... just because we have the means doesn't mean we should. We have hands and the capabilities to murder but that doesn't mean we have the right too do that. We where also born with a consciouses and ability for forethought and compassion for other living things, that we should use... that's something to think about. Right?

Voting Question: What can I do?
Well highschools starting and I am in utter panic I'm not fat but I'm not skinny either I guess you could say I have just a little extra weight [[10 pounds extra]] so I've cut back on the junk I'm eating and have started morning jogs every day around 5 am I get up and go for a jog at least two laps around my whole neighborhood the thing is though the next day or later on in the day my legs are very sore and feel tense I stretch before my jog but it dosn't help. I would say two laps aroud my neighborhood is at least a mile or so and I don't get it because I would run a mile in school and never had this kind of pain in my legs anyone have any suggestions? oh and does anyone know a low budget diet plan no pills please! just something with recipes for healthy meals that don't involve buying spices with names I can hardly understand just like a free cookbook filled with lo-cal fat burning meals I want to get into top shape for school, Also does anyone know any good hairstyles [short styles]

Right it is really starting to annoy me all this diet and Size 0 stuff. I'm a size 8 on top and 10-12 at the bottom i think thats fine i mean im healthy ect it realy upsets me when people say that a size 10-12 is to "big!"
It really doesn't help when EVERY other advert is either to do with diets, or foods that made you silm or diet pills. When people are always moaning that being to skinny isn't a good thing, why dont they stop putting the adverts on TV so much if they are worried about people loosing weight, ALSO in magazine's they always have skinny celebritys yeah they slaughter them about being skinny and stuff but when you idolise the person that is skinny it doesnt really help. I think they should just back away from it all because its getting out of control!
Also people like Fern Britton shes a curvy woman and when she is on this morning she moans at people for being to skinny when she is in adverts promoting diet food to make you skinny.

Ok so for the past month I have been working out and have changed my diet. I found out I have Celiac Disease and I know that was affecting me at that point. I see a nutrionist once a week and a personal trainer 3 times a week, on top of cardio 4-5 times a week, but I haven't lost a pount. I am trying to lose like 10 pounds. I have tried diet pills and everything else. I have time to lose the weight, but does anyone have any advice as to what else I could do? I mean one month and I haven't seen any results I feel like.

i know there's only about 2 and a half months til july, basically 81 days, but is it possible to lose up to 45-50 pounds? and safely? i tried the south beach diet and lost up to 10 pounds the first two weeks, 20 pounds total by the end of 5 weeks...this was a while back, and if any of you have tried it, the first two weeks of the diet are a killer....so if any of you guys can help me out and lead me in the right direction....if theres any weight loss pills or anything or a fast weight loss diet...lemme know plz, that'd be awesome...and working out can be on the top of that list as well, i love to work out, but for some reason i think the things im doing isn't helping me out...
i know that much weight seems extreme...but i just wanna know if its possible to do....im not extremely over weight, and i dont really show it because i'm kind of tall, so my wieght is proportioned, but i just wanna be firm, skinny tall....if i lose a certain amount, it always looks like i lost double that amount because of my height...so even if i can lose 30 pounds or so by july, that'd be awesome...from there i can continue to 50 or watever pounds...
