I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. This doctor uses these four medications: Phendimetrazine, Phentermine, Diethylpropion and Xenical. I am leaning toward the Phentermine. Voting Question: I cannot seem to lose weight. What am I doing wrong?
I dropped from 430lbs to 285lbs about 2 years ago and now I can't seem to do anything but maintain my current weight. I bounce around between 28-32% body fat (using a scale I bought recently to gauge that). I lift weights 4 times a week, run 5-8mi daily. Work in a grocery store, so I'm not sitting at a desk 8 hours a day. As far as food goes, everyday I eat egg whites and/or coffee for breakfast, usually eat a salad or get a grapefruit and a couple apples for lunch, and dinner is whatever my girlfriend has on the table when I get home from work. I've also been on Xenical for little over a month, but I honestly haven't seen any results from that. I don't know what else to do at this point other than see a plastic surgeon and get a full body lift done with the money I don't have and then just maintain whatever weight I drop from that since I clearly am having no issues maintaining my weight. Any help?
Just to give you guys an idea of a typical day of food intake/activity, here was my day today so far.
Wake up - 6am (got 7 hours, 45min of sleep)
Gym - (worked on bench press today)
Got a medium iced coffee at Starbucks for breakfast (skim milk, no sugar)
Went on a 5mi run
Came home, mowed the lawn
Ate a salad with balsamic vinegar for lunch
Did 100 situps, 80 pushups, ran stairs in my living room for 20 minutes
Got a $.99 can of Arizona green tea at the convenience store
Trying to figure out what to eat for dinner atm

That's basically what I'm doing now. Minus the watermelon, I like berries and citrus stuff better. Watermelon is gross.

I am in a crying need for a help and I hope that I can find a satisfactory answer. In fact, I am 68.5 kilos, and 165 cm tall, and I want to lose some weight. Therefore, I began walking and jogging for about 1 and a half hour daily, but after 5 days, I only lost one kilo although I don't have dinner at all at that time. These days, I am only doing exercises; I don't do any jogging or walking or running. only exercises with a 7-minute-warming-up. Before I sleep, I do 30-minute-exercises, and afternoon, I do the same exercises (30m). I jump up and down, sometimes, I try to tighten my muscles and backsides, and my waists. Also, I am swollowing tablets (xenical) for fats. However, I am not going on a deith, I am eating at ease. Now some people say to me this will create muscles with fats and It will be difficult for you to lose weight, because with tightening: Muscles will be tighten while fat is under muscles, so there will be no way-out for the fats to be burnt in the future. Now, I don't know wether those people are telling the truth or not. Please help me to know more and tell if my way is on the right track or no.

I have tried a lot of herbal pills such as hoodia, i have also tried the thermo ones and ephadra which made me shakey & sweaty. I have heard a lot of good feedback for xenical? I found a website were you could get about 80tabs for around £100. I am really tempted to buy these. I am 5ft 5 and weigh about 11 stone. I lack confidence and feel out of place in the gym. If i could just loose a stone with the pills and healthy eating i feel i would feel more confident incorperating exercise. So if anyone has any good pills they reccomend i would be very greatful.

ok here is what i have to take every day
x1- effexor 150mg
x1 - 5mg diazepam 3 times a day
x1- 20mg omeprazole
x1-90mg arcoxia
x1 - xenical 120mg 3 times a day
x1- 5mg nitrazepam (used to be three)
x2-50mg tramadol 3 times per day
i havent had any tramadol in 5 days so im suffering hot flushes dizziness & feel ill all the time with no energy and constant pain as i have pars defect (spinal fractures). the best thing is , while i was looking in my bag for all the names to put on here i found 8 tramadol!!! woohoo!! i will take two now and hopefully the withdrawls will be gone by the morning. do you guys think this is alot? whats you oppinion? im open to criticizim :-)
hi everyone i am on the effexor & diazepam for post traumatic stress disorder, i take the xenical for weightloss, i take the tramadol & arcoxia for the pars defect (pain relief & anti-inflammitorys). i take omeprazole because the arcoxia gives me terrible heartburn and the nitrazepam because i have problems sleeping (im getting sleep much better now than before i started them and im down to one so they have worked well) all these meds are prescribed by my doctor
