Last I heard she was still with Mario Lopez. I don't know if it is just me but Karina is always touchy feely with her partners. She was the same way with Floyd last season. If her and Mario Lopez are still together, I don't think he will appreciate that. Also, how she said "Yes" then walked away sounded like she was lying.. But, who knows.
