a macro on a computer means that you can set up a series of characters, usually formed to make an image, and every time you type a certain sequence they show up. Sort of like the custom emoticons on MSN messenger, if you've used it. So Jim just set it up so that every time he typed "Dwight" the program automatically replaced it with "diapers"

Dwight to Diapers macro: Go into Microsoft word, Insert, select the Auto text drop down bar, click auto text in the dropout, select Auto Correct, and then type in what you want to change to what, click add when you're done. That's it.
